A formal report filed by a community member, or direct case opening by the Case Investigator when a situation requires immediate attention.

Classify & Open

The investigator runs a preliminary assessment, classifies the event (coexistence or protection) and formally opens the case to guarantee full traceability.

Phase 03

Investigate & Refer

Tasks are delegated to the interdisciplinary team, testimonies and evidence are gathered, and the course of action is set: Child Protection Committee, families or other institutional bodies.

Phase 04

Resolve & Close

Final conclusions, action plan with restorative or formative measures, formal closure of the case file and official communication to all parties involved.

Students and families can file reports in just a few steps — without needing an account and anonymously if necessary — so concerns reach the institution from the very first signal.

School Staff

Encryption at rest and in transit

All reports, evidence and case-file notes are encrypted in transit and at rest. Keys are managed centrally, rotated regularly and never shared across institutions.

Our code goes through a secure SDLC with automated checks across multiple layers — static analysis, dependency scanning and code review — so vulnerabilities are caught before they ever reach production.
