Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026

In short

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we use on our website and application, why we use them, and how you can control them. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

On this page

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how Incidenta, a product of Baind LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at incidenta.co (the “Website”) and the Incidenta application at app.incidenta.co (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more generally.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to understand how a site is used. “Similar technologies” include local storage and device identifiers that serve comparable purposes. Cookies can be “first-party” (set by us) or “third-party” (set by a provider we use).

3. Cookies We Use

We keep this list up to date as the Website and Service evolve. We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Categories of Cookies

  • Strictly necessary — required for core functionality such as signing in and remembering your language. The site cannot work properly without them.
  • Functional — remember choices you make (like interface preferences) to improve your experience.
  • Analytics — help us understand how the Website is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it. We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles.

5. Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies or to refuse them. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Website or Service from working.

We do not currently display a cookie consent banner because we use only strictly necessary, functional, and privacy-respecting analytics cookies, and no advertising or cross-site tracking. If we introduce cookies that require consent, we will provide a consent mechanism and update this policy.

6. Changes & Contact

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time; we will revise the “last updated” date when we do. For questions about our use of cookies, contact Baind LLC at contacto@incidenta.co.
